MINUTES I. Call to Order: 7:33 II. Reports: a. President: - Survivor weekend: April 5,6,7 - Backpacking trip on north country river trail: April 12, 13, 14 - Venturing camporie @ D-A: April 19) 20,21 (more details @ next meeting) - May 7: bring in pictures to work on communication video - Canoeing (by invitation from crew 100): May 24,25 - MAKE SURE YOU TELL VICKIE IF YOU ARE GOING TO ANY OF THE CAMPOUTS! - May 21: last meeting - No summer meetings! b. Vice president: No reports c. Treasurer: Bring in dues d. Secretary: Everyone check your email e. Victor: - fish fry this Friday, come in uniform - scout Sunday was a success - We need to firndraise for Philmont- $1100.00 per person! - Have parents come next meetmg to discuss euchre tournament, be here @ 6:55! III. Old Business: a. church article: another letter for the church paper needs to be written, if you have any ideas talk to Vickie b. Ideas for recognition by parish- i. Community Service 1. Fish fry: every Friday from 4-7pm 2. Palm Sunday Breakfast: March 24 from 7am-2pm 3. Mother/daughter breakfast: May 5 from 7am-2pm ii Fundraisers through parish 1.
