Skillet Turkey, Vegetables And Stuffing
Prep time: 35 minutes
| 1 tbsp. margarine or butter |
1 lb. fresh turkey tenderloin, cut into thin bite size strips |
1 (12 oz.) jar roasted turkey gravy |
| � cup water |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn in butter sauce |
1 cup frozen sweet peas |
| 1 (6 oz.) pkg. turkey flavor one step stuffing mix |

- Melt margarine in large skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey strips; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Add gravy, water, corn and peas; mix well. Bring to a boil; stir. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 6 minutes.
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, excluding margarine; mix well.
- Spoon stuffing into eight � cup mounds on turkey mixture. Cover; cook over medium low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until stuffing is thoroughly heated.

Ingredient substitution:
Substitute 1� cups of leftover turkey gravy for the jar of turkey gravy.
Make it special:
Add richness by using milk instead of water in the gravy mixture.
Serving suggestion:
Serve with cinnamon apple slices and steamed red potatoes.
