Chakotay placed Kathryn's hand right over his heart on his chest.

"I think I can heal this pain."

"How?"

"I love you, Chakotay."

Lion in the Sun
 

Sunbathing on an airbed, Chakotay's bronze chest glistened in the sun.
Kathryn silently tiptoed to him and bent down to kiss him. When her
lips touched his, he suddenly transformed into a roaring sea lion.
Surprised she backed away and heard someone giggle behind her.

"Q!!!!"

Kathryn was furious.

"Why did you do that?"

Q giggled again.

"It was your punishment, Kathy. It took you way TOO long to kiss him."

Winking, he clicked his fingers and Chakotay transformed back.
