| Apple Cake 1/4 cup oil 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup flour 1/2 chocolate chips 2 1/2 cups apples grated 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp hot milk Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9" greased pan. Bake for 40-45 min or until the toothpick comes out clean. Cheese Cake 4 eggs 500 gr. part-skim Ricotta cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbsp self-rising flour1/2 tsp vanilla 1tbsp lemon juice 3/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp sugar Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1 egg + 3 egg yolks with Ricotta cheese, sor cream, flour, vanilla, lemon juice and 3/4 cup sugar. Pour the batter into 9" greased pan and bake for 20 min. Beat the egg whites on high speed. Add 2 tbsp sugar and beat until foamy. Spread over the half baked cake and bake for another 20 min. Cool and refrigerate. Chocolate cake 1 egg 2 egg whites 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup chocolate melted 2/3 cup oil 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla 2/3 cup flour 2 tsp baking powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg, egg whitws and sugar until foamy. Add melted chocolate, oil, milk and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Add flour and baking powder. Mix. Bake 25-30 min. Cool. Chocolate Icing 200 gr. chocolate 1/4 cup water 5 tbsp margarine Heat the chocolate and water over law heat, until melted. Stir in magarine, each time one tbsp. Stir until dissolved. Pour the icing slowly over the cake. Coconut Cake 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup sugar 6 egg yolks pinch salt 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 1/4 cups coconut 6 egg whites 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup chocolate, grated Mix the first four ingredients until flluffy Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the batter. Beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sigar and beat until stiff but not dry. Add to the batter. Pour into 9" greased pan. Sprinkle over the grated chocolate and bake on med heat for 1 hour or until the toothpick comes out clean Lemon Cake 150 gr. butter 2/3 cup sugar 2 cups flour 3 eggs juice from 1 lemon 1 tbsp sugar Mix the butter with sugar for 2 min. Add the eggs, flour and lemin juice. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan . Sprinkle over with sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
