Human Biology/Intro to Sports Med
Human Biology is a limited lab science designed to focus on the tissue, organ, and system organization of the human body. It is a moderately paced course which will demand your attention and participation during class as much of the material is dependent on class activities, discusion, and direct instruction. Human Biology introduces students to careers in allied health care and the competencies required by those careers. Human Biology also introduces concepts and skills which will be more fully developed in Sports Medicine. Successful completion of RED CROSS first aid, CPR (adult, child, infant) and AED will earn certification.
