welcome to the insane world of the....

Creepy T logo

The Creepy T's play music from the graveyard, with influences from blues, surf, garage, punk and glam to  B-movie trash culture. The T's owe their notoriety to their catchy rock and roll songs as well as frontman Derek Hyde's stage antics, which include dressing in grass hula skirts or red leotards with devil horns. The Creepy T's are ready and willing to play any bar gig, bar mitzvah, dating bar, Indian reservation, correctional center, fish camp, middle school, music hall or country vegetable festival. We are currently backing R & B legend King Coleman, the one and only Mashed Potato Man! (See Dec 30 Sun-Sentinel for the big spread on the King). Stay tuned for our new album with King entitled "The Monster Party." The Creepy T's - the only music that can be heard by dogs!

The Creepy T's have been getting airplay in nation's largest media market, Gotham City! Bill Kelly at NYC's WFMU has been busting out "Tiki Walk," "1313 Mansfield Hollow" and "Shrunken Head" on his TEENAGE WASTELAND show, available live or in the archives from the WFMU website. Also, good old Alex Piandes up in Bosstown, Mass. has been playing various tracks of ours on his boss Coffee 'N Smokes show on WMFO, as has Rock 'N Roll Radio on WUSC in Columbia, SC and The Primitive Show on WVKR at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Stay tuned for more Creepies on WFMU and other quality broadcasters.

The Creepy T's' "Tiki Walk" is featured on the CAVESTOMP COMP
It's available at The Wiz record stores or on the net. Yep, we must be doing something right, since only 20 bands out of 655 entries made it!!! Little Steven described "Tiki Walk" in the liner notes as "Out of Limits on Angel Dust and Ripple." Get it now! Thanks, Lil' Stevie! Little Steven rocks, and so does his Sunday night show, the Underground Garage (also on Sirius Satellite Radio)!

Exclusive NEW pics of some of our recent rock-o-ramas are exhibited on the CREEPY SIGHTS page. Children and the faint-hearted BEWARE!
