once was just my music page, has now turned into my regular stomping
grounds to keep up with friends and stuff. I'm also on facebook,
but don't be surprised if you get rejected, the only people I keep on
there who are NOT friends or people I know in person are guitar friends
or those I know from guitar forums. So Myspace is my "public"
profile. You'll find my bands in the friend's list as well. |

My
place where I post my constant craziness with electronics, computers,
guitars, and occasionally other things as the subject matter comes
up. The channel originally started out with my intent to make a
bunch of vintage computer tutorials, but constant camera problems and
some camera shy-ness kept me from showing myself on camera without my
guitar for awhile. Most of my vids are me playing guitar.
Other common activities includes ripping the fabric of reality in NES
games with a Game Genie, demoing old computing hardware,
playthroughs of games, guitar tech vids, and occasionally video
responses to common myths and my occasional hecklers, usually post ban. |
| Whatever
happened to the Creeping Network? |
For
about 8 years, I ran a website here called "the Creeping Network"
dedicated to old computing. The site finally died when I had too
much crap to do and not enough time to keep making updates (or making
things to make updates about). I've now narrowed down my
collection to my favorite boxes and one good laptop and have decided to
stick with that. Also, I think I've taken those computers about as far as they can go, and many others have, since then, started carrying on the torch and going a LOT farther than I ever could with the resources I had availible to me in my thrift digging and collecting from family and friends (lots of little known industrial/commercial hardware and software out of my reach). My more recent computer antics take place on youtube anyway, talking is so much faster than typing. Much of my contribution in that area goes on the forums at vintage-computer.com and uncreativelabs.net. |
