When the census was taken the Creeks went to their mother towns to be counted.
Ataugua was the mother town of the Alabama Tribe. The Hale's were Alabama.
If they were not they would have gone to Okchia.

The reason each did not receive a section is they were not Chiefs, Headmen, or Warriors.
