| WHY BRIAN LEFT CREED "Brian Marshall, CREED's ex-bassist". When CREED was formed by Scott Stapp and Mark Tremonti, they added two superb musicians. Scott Phillips, Drums, and Brain Marshall, Bass. These two members did very well for the band, giving CREED's song a steady beat and rythm. CREED was perfect. But an unfourtuanate incident happened in the fall of 2000. Brian Marshall was forecd to leave the band, forever. It so happened, that in the summer of 2000, Brain Marshall made a comment about CREED being better then Pearl Jam. Knowing that this comment could ruin CREED's image, the band spent the whole summer trying to cover up this remark. When word leaked, it was best for the band if Brain left. Currently, CREED has no permanent replacment for Brian, but there is a sub, who can be seen on live appearences at the 2000 Billboard Music Awards, and the 2001 Blockbuster Entertainment Awards. |
