Yay, it's her finnaly here. This is page is for the newbies to the creatures world. For people who have no Idea what Docking station is this should sum it up for you. If you have questions I will be glad to help you:)
The Docking Station is a add on for Creatures 3,butyou can still get and run it even if you don't have C3. All you needis theinternet connection, LOTS of time to download, and space for it on your harddrive. (you will be able to pause the downloading process to get offthe internet:)
Basically what Docking Station is, is the most advancedartificial life yet. It has the same features as well as challenges as all of the other creatures games, with one new feature, theWarp. Creatures can travel from warp to warp to other users. which alows you to have a huge gene pool of all types of creatures. While connected,you can send norns out through the warp whenever you want, weather to afriend or to a random user. If you have your world open, a creature fromanyone could just wander into your world through a warp or the cage. But yes there still are dangers lerking about,your favorite norn might decide to leave you, or something could walk right in and drasticallychange your world,but that leaves you with so many possibilities. You might never play another game.
If you have Creatures 3 you can playdocked, which gives you four new metarooms to your game andgiving youthe ability to acess the warp, Plus a new breed, the Chi-chi. You don't haveto have creatures three, I didn't, and it worked just fine. you are stillable to download and play Docker by itself. You only get the one breed, whichgets boring after some time, you are still able to download morebreeds, but there are all sorts of interesting colors and variations outtherein the Warp.
So go on and download it, it is great!!:)
My screen name for docker is Zoey (imagine that), but I do not have engough space to download the world right now, but I did have it and I do no howit works so If you have any norns or grendels that you will let me post upIt would be a big help:)
