Aikido is not about technique. Technique is an outcome of the experience of harmony within the moment. Experience the harmony and the outcome will look after itself.

Aikido and music are very similar concepts. They are both about the moment and about flow. The opponent sets the rhythm or tempo and you take that and control the flow of the music that is created.
