| CREATIVE TIDES came into existence in the winter of 2006 when two firends, Casey and Sarah, decided that scrapbookers, stampers, and paper-crafters along the central Oregon Coast needed a way to connect and get together to be creative! We offer montly project classes, workshops and crops in the Newport area. Whether you're new to scrapbooking or stamping, or you have been doing it for years- come learn new techniques, get some new ideas, and mean some incredible people! We hope you'll join us soon!!
