Very simple and easy to use
Restore thinking so that a thinker is able to use one thinking mode at a time.
Hat is used a symbol of various roles people have to perform in a variety of situation.
Each hat is assigned to different colors, which help to translate intention into performance in more tangible way.
The essence of each hats:
White Hat : virgin white, pure facts, figures and information.
Red Hat : emotions and feelings, also hunch and intuition.
Black Hat : devil’s advocate, negative judgement, why it will not work.
Yellow Hat : sunshine, brightness and optimism, positive, constructive, opportunity.
Green Hat : fertile, creative, plants springing from seeds, movement, provocation
Blue Hat : cool and control, orchestra conductor, thinking about thinking.
