I have created this border myself. But it's more of a border background, because I can't put a background color in the white space. I also created my own 'under construction' sign, which you can view here.
This is my newest grandson, the biggest reason why I'm so far behind right now. What can I say, I'm a sucker for him. Isn't he just adorable...although here he was a bit cranky.
OK OK, so I took an opportunity to practice my psp too. That's called multi-tasking...tee hee.
