Let's get the yucky stuff out of the way first, shall we?
First and foremost, my copyright has been legally registered.
Although it's not necessary to register a copyright it does,
however, give the owner of the copyright an added boost, in
court, when proving ownership of any property created by them
and displayed in public. This was done under the advice of my
lawyer in order to assist me in protecting all graphics and information
located on this site. Just as this page and its contents have been
placed in here under the advice and guidance of my lawyer. Nothing
on this site is or ever will be: freeware, linkware, shareware or
purchaseware. This is noted on each page created for this site.
What this means is that you may not copy or reproduce anything on
this site. If you see something in here you like and would like to use it
too, email me and ask permission. I will get back to you with my
decision. However, if you see something you like, and just take it, I
will report you to the necessary authorities. Please keep this in mind
when viewing the contents of this site.
Moving on...
I do not claim copyright to the artwork or photos used within this
site. I do, however claim copyright to the graphic resulting from
the use of any artwork or photo. The artwork and/or photo (either
whole or inpart) remain the property of the original artist. The
artist/photographers name (when known) and a link to their site
will be placed directly on the graphic created. I have received
permission to use artwork from several talented and generous
artists (see permissions page). Before using artwork from any
artist listed, for your personal use, you must obtain permission.
There will be times when I use artwork or photo's without prior
knowledge of the original artist and/or photographer (ie: images
shared from a graphics/photo cd). A link to the site providing these
images will be added to each page. Should any of these images
used turn out to be copyrighted to someone other than the person
from whom I recieved permission, they will be destroyed immediately.
I do not claim copyright on all the Html used to create all the pages
located within this site. However, I do claim copyright to the page
layouts created using Html (aka -- background code, Html code)
which bear my copyright. This will always be stated at the bottom
of each page. From time to time, and for various reasons (ie: page
challenges) I will be using page layouts created by and copyrighted to
another party. These layouts will be used with permission and the name
of the owner will also be noted at the bottom of each page. These pages
may not be copied or reproduced.
I do not claim copyright to any literary works (including but not
limited to: information, poetry, song lyrics or trivia) provided in
this site unless otherwise stated. To the best of my knowledge
this information is gathered from sites which I believe to be in the
"Public Domain". Wherever possible, the original artist will be
credited and a link to the site used will be provided. However,
since the majority of my information comes from the wonderful,
yet complex, world of the www this is not always possible. If
information is used yet the artist is unknown this too will be noted.
Every effort will be made to find out the original author of any
nformation, poetry, song lyric or trivia. If the information comes
from an external source, this shall be noted too. If at any time,
information on this site is found to be credited to anyone other than
the original author, please contact me and it will be removed and the
