Depending upon which shipping method you select - door-to-door courier - next day to major centres; 4 to 7 days to remote locations airmail parcel - 5 to 21 days (depending upon your location)  surface mail parcel - 14 days to 40 days (depending upon your location)   WHAT WILL IT COST? To cover the costs of packaging, each item has a R32,60 (± US $4.00) handling fee. WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR DUTIES? This varies from country to country and also depends upon the value of your order. Please contact your country's Customs and Excise Department for further information. The courier / mail services used by Art of Africa will automatically clear customs on your behalf. Orders shipped within South Africa will be charged VAT at the current rate. CAN YOU DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX? Door-to-door courier - no. I require a physical address. All other shipping methods - yes. HOW DO YOU PACKAGE PAINTINGS? Paintings and prints are packed flat between 2 sheets of stiff board. In the unlikely event of a painting being damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund.
