Character Development
Alignment; Heel
Attitude; Malicious
Gimmick; Once a kind-hearted 'man of the people', an alliance with his 'nephew'
Bane has given Cairns a new attitude towards other people. Nowadays he gets his way
through threats and violence, and with the help of Bane he means to claim a spot right at
the top of the wrestling food chain, no matter who they have to go through to get it.
Inside the ring he wrestles very methodically and technically, his main points of focus
being the neck and arm, as a setup to his finishing move, The Vice.
History; Chris Cairns has something of a storied history. Formerly the owner
of 2XWF and UWF, Cairns has finally given up on running federations and has instead
reverted to wrestling. After a long feud with wrestling legend Cracker Jack, the
revelation that the two were brothers changed his outlook, and he turned on everyone who
trusted him to align with the self-proclaimed "God of Suffering". After a short
break from wrestling, he and Bane have returned to wreak their own unique style of havoc.
Entrance Theme; "Morning Glory" by Oasis
Entrance Description; The sound of helicopter blades rattles around the arena,
shaking it to it's foundations. The electric guitar kicks in, and pounding drum beats
reverberate around the arena, until the fast paced music of "Morning Glory" by
Oasis hits and a shocking bright pyro explodes, soaking the arena with white light. The
pyro dies out as white strobe lights flash around the crowd, and a single spotlight
follows Chris Cairns as he steps onto the stage to the feint sound of jeers, most of which
are drowned out by the music. He walks to the ring quickly, looking around at the fans
viciously and making threats as he does so. He grabs the top rope and jumps up onto the
apron, landing on one knee and pulling himself to his feet, before stepping into the ring
and climbing the turnbuckle. He raises his arms slowly, still shouting angrily at the
crowd. He steps down and heads to the other side, repeating his actions as the crowd
continue to boo. He steps onto the canvas and psyches himself up as the entrance finally
dies out.
Catchphrase; Cairns has no specific catchphrase, other than the curse words that
spew out of his mouth on a regular basis.
