Gimmick; Annoyed at how his fans stopped sending him get well cards when he announced his retirement, Billy decided to get back in the ring and show the fans that he no longer needs them. Sadistic and dangerous, but nearly impossible to take seriously.
History; Having been around for five years, BTB was, at one point, one of the most popular wrestlers in the world, even promoting dairy product Mooie Milk. But in 1999, BTB suffered a serious neck injury, which many thought would have ended his career. However, Billy is back and has somehow found his way into allegiance with The Black Circle. He used to be an irritating good guy who did it for the fans, now he's just irritating.
Entrance Theme; "We Will Rock You" by Queen
Entrance Description; Jeers spread out around the crowd as "We Will Rock You" by Queen blares out of the loudspeakers. Billy The Brilliant makes his way out from behind the curtains, which brings the jeering level up a notch or three. Billy flips off the fans, shaking his head angrily as he walks towards the ring in time with the music. Billy leaps up on to the apron and climbs into the ring. He jumps around, warming himself up for the match ahead.
Catchphrase; "Ain't I brilliant?"
