A Guide for Buying and Maintaining an Electric Vehicle was bring together the experiences of EV owners and converters. More than 20 EV owners contributed articles and interviews to the effort. Steve worked at the U.S. Department of Energy in the Office of Transportation Technologies (Washington, D.C.). He currently lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he consults on environmental issues.
