The Archeology experience for upper elementary students introduced participants to research processes and field methods for the study of ancient civilization. The workshop day emphasized curiosity, collaborative ventures, and concerted outcomes. Students took from the day ideas about societies "remnants," and how these reflect and can be read as the beliefs, values, and goals of peoples. |
