Rules to join the Fanlisting

I know everybody hates those,but there have to be some rules ;)

1. This should be painfully obvious,but you have to be a fan of the fragrance Puma Create!
2. You have to fill out the "name" and "country" fields on the form,because the country is also a requirement on TFL.org.
3. If you have a website,please put up a link back to the listing. You can use a button for that or just a text link.
4. If you link back,please tell me in the form where you placed the link,because I don't feel like looking for it all over the place :)
5. If you give me a website but don't link back,you will still be listed but your website won't.
6. The same thing applies if your site contains porn,racism,homophobia or other kinds of inacceptable stuff.
