1. What's a FAQ? -- A FAQ stands for (F)requently (A)sked (Q)uestions.

2.
Do I need to send anything along with my pictures? -- Print out the order form,
and either fax it in or mail it along with the pictures. If for any reason you
don't have a printer you can email your order as well. Please be sure to
indicate how you want the pictures returned (U.S. Mail, FedEX, UPS,etc).
I can mail it to you in  whatever priority is agreed upon, and thus built into the
      pricing.

3.
How soon after sending my pictures can I expect to get a CD back? -- We can
usually have a one day turn-a-round, and then ship them back to you 3-5 day
UPS ground(most common.) So if you mail them on a Monday, you can expect
back on the next Monday most likely. Rush definitely available though.

4.
What is involved in viewing the pictures on the CD once I get them back? -- This
is covered more in the insert you receive with the CD, but when you place the CD
into your drive you will look for the CD-ROM icon in your "My Computer." When you
open the CD-ROM you will be able to see the folders of pictures. Double click on
of the jpegs and it will open in your default viewer. You can use any number of
applications to view the pictures in.

5.
How do I send my pictures in email? -- This is where things can get tricky --
from an explanation standpoint. There are numerous e-mail applications.
Depending on who you use for your Internet Service Provider (AOL, Earthlink,
Juno, etc. - they are all going to look a little different, and there's no one thing
to look for. With that caveat aside, there are a couple of things to look for. :)
Many email programs and services have a paper clip icon that you can click
on that will pop up a window asking you to attach your content. Another common
sign is a button or icon that says "attachments." By clicking on it it will again pop
up the window to attach your content. Once the window is up it will most
likely have a browse button, to allow you to locate your (in this case) pictures
on your computer. Pull down the drop down menu that is defaulted to
"My documents" and change it to your CD-ROM drive icon. Then locate your
picture on the CD and click the  "attach" option, and your picture is attached.
Send your email and it's good to go.

6.
If you design a logo for me what do I get? Custom logo, printed hardcopy.
Two sizes (large, and small) for use as needed -- in .gif and .jpeg formats.
These are web ready. We can also provide any additional formats you may
need or require. You are provided one free revision. Each additional revision
request thereafter is charged ten dollars. The initial design is worked on
free of cost until accepted by you. Revisions are only applied thereafter.
