There are various types of games that are played with dominoes. This version is a two-player or four-player tile games where players place bones (dominoes) with matching ends in a cross-like pattern. The object is to form chains of dominoes. The player scores points when the ends add up to some multiple of five. MAHJONG  is a game played with tiles, which are similar in fuction to playing cards. The object is similar to rummy, as players attempt to collect sets  and sequences; but in MAHJONG, values of winning hands can vary wildly. Although descended from ancient Chinese games, MAHJONG in its current form is only about 100 years old.
