why? because me is not had any gales in february! if the me is had severe gales with rain and hails in feb then me is would expect lot of snowfalls this years and into next years with one very long cold snaps!

in 1990 me is got real bad gales with hail and rains in february. that year me is had lot of snow falls in december (and other times of year but me is would likes to focus on nov, dec).
me is then had severe gales with the rains in dec 1993. me is got heavy snow betweens 26th and 29th dec that years (and agains in feb)

if u is gets severe gales with no rains then u is in for poxy little cold snaps once or twice , nothing significants or long lastings!
