When Dean and Sam agree to help a town that believes a former mansion is now home to a voodoo priestess and her army of zombies, they are surprised to find that help has all ready arrived in the form of an ally sent from their father and it's some one Dean soon finds irresistible.

Billie, Dean and Sam reunite when all three are lured to a deserted highway running through scared Indian burial ground. Now with the ghosts of Indian warriors hunting them, all three end up facing a one way drive to life or hell.

Stopped for car repairs, Dean and Sam encounter a young boy plagued with a doppelganger which has started to harm his family and others in the small town that he lives in. Meanwhile, Sam falls for the boy's older sister- Erika, who may not be everything she seems to be.

United with Billie again, after saving her life from an unknown creature, Dean and Sam agree to help her hunt the creature in order to kill it. Now,  as Billie and Dean slowly succumb to their inner primal needs after a fight with the creature, Sam must find a way to save them both before it's to late.

Stalked by evil; Dean, Sam, Billie and John seek refuge in an abandoned orphanage where evil seems to reign. And one of the team makes a willing sacrifice.

A head injury sends Sam's visions into the past where he sees the future unfold in front of him as the group takes on a modern Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde.

It happened quicker then any imagined. Coming up against the creature that killed Billie's family, the Winchesters are faced with a hard task to let Billie fight it alone or to try and help the one that has come to be like family to them, even if the task may end up killing them all.

Life in D.C was something the Winchesters thought they could avoid as they hunted for the demon that killed their mother. But when they are called to investigate a strange haunting of a Senator, they are forced to call in Billie O'Conner in order to help Dean go in undercover. As things get heated in the investigation...things with Billie and Dean also rise.
