At first Jack thought it was a mistake. A simple strange occurrence. After all she died, or did she? Now as Torchwood goes against a tribunal of aliens set on capturing those smartest of Earth, they realize they aren’t alone.

The aliens are beginning to know that Earth is defended. But now as they begin to realize Jack maybe the leader of the group, they place a bounty on Jack’s head and then learn of his own little guardian angel.

It’s the first mission Ace has been on since rejoining Torchwood. Though still determined to make herself a lone wolf, Ace nearly costs Owen his life.  But when the discovery is made that Ace nearly killed a clone, Owen, the Torchwood team attempt to find the aliens with the ability to clone.

The team discovers a secret society that at first used humans to breed more of their race. But when Jack and Ace investigate, Ace suddenly turns up missing. Now it’s a race against time to save Ace form those that made her the way she is.

Gwen is transported by an alien blast into the the past which allows her to see the past relationship between Jack and Ace. But as she and the past team attempt to stop the same alien, her Torchwood team attempt to find a way to bring Gwen back before she is permanently stuck in time.

When another time agent arrives to arrest Jack for his past scams, the base goes into lockdown. Now on the ruin from the soldiers, Tosh only has Ace as her assistant while they attempt to sabotage every attempt the time age has before he takes Jack away.

It was a case from her past that finally has returned to catch her. Finding her under the protection of Torchwood, the alien royal family of Wesilae announces war on Earth. However like always, Jack has a plan...which some don't agree with.

They finally found Torchwood Four. But as they search through the once hidden castle, Jack and the others begin to have strange hallucinations and who knows what’s real and what’s not (Author’s note: Has scenes of explicit Gore!)
