For Casey Jones life wasn't easy. An injury sends him into a life of stopping crime, while being forced out of her family due to her being expelled from one of the top private schools. Now with their paths crossing, Gaia Morelle was unable to fight against him due to the belief that they shouldn't fight some one just because he looked at them wrong. Now, the two attempt to learn how to live together and survive the recent Foot attacks.

Failing grades, skipping school, and fighting with not only Splinter but Casey sends Gaia out for a night. But after being cornered  by the Foot Clan, she is brutally attacked. Confined to a hospital bed and later to a wheelchair while her injuries heal. But the repercussions for the attacks maybe something she can stop if she can remember who started the fight.

The Foot have been defeated, Shredder is dead, leaving Gaia, Casey and the Turtles alone to live a life of silence. Now strange photos from the past have surfaced leading all to discover that the Foot maybe in the shadows with a new face as their leader leading all into a final battle.
