Well, I can say this and know I am right. None, not one prison system has ever worked, ever. They all are full of waste and inefficiency. prisoners sitting there wasting their time doing stupid pointless things all day, parole, fights, rapes, the list goes on and on, so lets tackle on at a time. Inefficiency. Each year each prisoner costs more than $20,000 to maintain, and do you know how much of that they make up for in labor or anything? Almost nothing, maybe a little bit that time he cleaned up a road side. The solution? State sponsored factories that they have to work in to get things like free time and that stuff the are" Paid" minimum wage, but instead of using the money it goes towards food lodging blankets pillows bathroom, showers, free time, and any extra goes to the family or families of their victims. so if all of the million worked 6 days a week for at least 8 hours in a factory to make something for the government or a company to pay for their lodging and then some. What if the prisoners don�t want to work? To bad, then the can sit in a bare cell and hope the other prisoners are nice. I mean they would work in jobs that would make them have a skill if they ever left, and of course nothing to do with weapons or needing flame of anything like that. So now we go to parole. What could be wrong with parole? Well, those murderers, rapists, thieves, molesters, dealers etc got the sentence they did because that is what they deserve. you shouldn't be sentenced 15 years and serve 3 because you were a good citizen or because you didn't attack a guard, when they were out, what do u think they did to get in there, help granny across the sleep, no they killed, raped, molested stole, and countless others thins and they deserve no less than what they got! There was a murderer who in 1969 was sentence to 10 years in prison for molestation. 3 years later he was out and guess what by 1979 he had killed 30 people and molested most of them to, alive and dead, plus picking up, drugging and then raping countless others. So if he had been let out when he should have then guess what, he would have not killed those 30 boys and raped those other ones. And then there are the other countless parole violators and sure they get some punishment, but will that deter them? No, I wont, it will say so what? I say if you violate the parole then you go back to jail and serve the rest of your term, with no parole. I don�t think there should be parole, it undermines the system, yes lets take 3 months to convict a man to 20 years so that 3 years from now I see him in the street committing the same crime. I mean sure the prisons would get over crowded but just deter some of the money from the factory to build more prisons rehabilitate the ones there, and finance new guards and security do that beatings and other occurrences like that don�t happen. In my plan nothing is wasted, except for the life of criminals which lives don�t matter because they should have known what they were getting into when they got there. See my plan can�t truly work because it violates their rights, but so don�t incarcerating them really, and then so does killing people on death row so there is no president for protesting them. They break a law then they lose the rights the second they get convicted. I mean they have free speech and freedom to religion, and that, but they can force you to work, can force you to go to corrective classes, I mean if they killed they don�t deserve it. It is time that their free ride comes to an end, and we start doing something that works for a change.
