Some things disgust me. The KKK, hicks, George W Bush. Preps, jocks, enzyte, and pulp. But some things cross the line. One of those things is carls JR. there are many reasons. Some are more to some places rather than others. Some are nation wide. So I will start with what lit the flame of hatred in me. I went to a Carls Jr with my friend and his sis, and we opted to get a fried onion burger I think it was. So after 20 minutes to prepare 3 burgers and 3 fries we got our food. Now starving we went to sit down, opened up, and were disgusted. Ok, I know that in all those commercials the burger is way bigger than it is, but this crossed the line. In the commercial and advertisements, the burger had about 2 inches of onions, and do you know what we had? We had not even a quarter of a centimeter. We had about 3 little onions in a pit in the middle of the patty. So we went, and asked the front desk, expecting it to be a mistake. But it wasn't, and any more onions were more. So we went and sat down and ate. So we wanted to write a comment for the comment box. But there was no pen to write with, and oops, there was no form. So we took a napkin and borrowed a pencil, but she needed the pencil back after a minute. So I used some make up and put it in. I put it as a one-time event, and blew it off. So I went to another one a couple of weeks later, and the same thing happened, except I didn't even write a comment, since I had no pen, they had no pen, and there was no form. So I gave up, and didn't eat there unless I had no choice. So I didn't care for quite a while. But then they started a new campaign for advertising. The phrase," don�t be a chicken, eat one" that outraged me. So if your vegan or vegetarian your a chicken? That is bullshit. Then I saw one of the commercials, and I got really mad. It said,

I mean that is bullshit? And what is worse is everyone believes it is true, and since everyone hates France because they wouldn't attack Iraq, it stuck and worked. But do they care to say that when the French launched the austoprusian war, they conquered all of Europe up to the gats of the Vatican and Moscow? Did they care to say that in WW1 there was chemical warfare, and France was not prepared, and did they care to say in WW2 France didn't lose the bottom of France? No, they didn't. So to end this, I want to say I hate Carls Jr, I hate their food, and I sure as hell wont eat there unless forced. |
