no matter what people say, this is the best of al the star wars movies to date. it begins with probes being sent out to find the rebel base, and luke on patrol for tha base when he is attacked by a monster and carrieed away. han goes out to rescue him, and he is stuck out there as the doors areclosed. han finds luke who is having a vision of obi wan telling him to eek the dasgoba system to find yado to tach him to be a jedi. han then saves luke, and they are rescues the next day by rebel forces. the bas is then found, and attacked by the empire ieth AT-ATs. the rebels destroy 2, but eventually fail, and the empie gets into the base, and attack the melenium falcon whihc gets away just in time with han, leia, chewie, and C3PO. Luke then gets away in an X-wing and heads to dagoba while the falcon is getting attack by ti fighters and star destroyers as they head into a asteropid feild to escapt them. they then take refuge in an asteroid for repairs as luke reaches dagoba. they try to land, but crash inot a lagoon instead where they are attacked by a monster. It then cuts to the super star destoyer that holds darth vader. darth vader orders that the star destroyers go inot the feild to find the faclon. it then goes to the falcon which has shut down and is now being repaired. it then goes to luke and R2 on dagoba where they make a camp and meet a little green alien thing which is actually yoda. yoad laught and makes a big mess and eats his food and then they head to yadas house. it the goes back to the falcon where they continue repairs and the han and leia kiss only to be interrupted by C3PO. i then goes to darth vader in his star destroyer where he is talking to the commanders and then is told to talk to the emporer, the only person higher in rank than darth vader. they talk about how luke is now a problem, and how they must either turn him or kill him. so then it goes to yodas hom where they are eating, and luke still doesn't know that it is yoda. Yoda then talks to obi wan kenobi and he tells him to train luke and luke realizes that yoda is the little monster. yoda says he wont train him, but he eventually agrees to train him. it then goes back to the falcon where up above them on the asteroid surface they are bombing to find them. leia is then sitting there when a monster hits the window, so they go out to kill it and when they do they hit the wall and realize they are actaully in the stomach of a huge space worm and rocket out. it then goes back to dagoba where luke is being trained by yoda. luke then is finished and heads into a mysterious cave where he is confronted by a vision of darth vader. they "battle" with light sabers when luke "kills" vader. when he cuts of hi head, the maks falls off and lukes face is inside. it then goes to vader who has rounded up bounty hunters to find the falcon and capture it and them alive. the hyper drive still is broken, so the falcon lands on the ship so they cant track them. It them goes back to dagoba, where luke continues to train. he messes up, and then tries again to use the force to lift the ship from the swamp. he fails again, and says it is impossiable, yado lectures luke, and then shows that it is not impossiabl by lifting the ship using the force. then it goes to the star destroyers where darth kills another captain, and the decides to deploy the fleet to find them. the lacon drifs away with some garbage, and then heads towards cloud city where his frind lando lives, but a bountry hunter stayed behind and follows them there. it then goes abck to dagoba whereluke continues to train but he gets a vision of han and leia in pain at the cloud city. hewants to help but then decides against it, and it goes to the falcon which is trying to land at the cloud city. they do, and the lando calrision, the administartor and hans old freind, coems out ot greet them. they go inside, and C3Po gets side tracked and then shot to peices. it then goes to luke who gets ready and then does fly to cloud city, then it goes back to cloud city where they show chewie finding the blown up body of C3Po, and then it hows lando come into the room wiht everyone, and invite them to refrshments. when they get tot eh room, Darth Vader is sitting at the table, and captures them all. they torture han, while chewie and leia stay in a jail cell with chewie fxing C3PO. they bring han in, then lando comes in and tells them han is going to the bounty hunter, and chewie and leia will stay there in the cloud city. when luke comes, they are going to take hij to the emporer and to do that theya re going to freeze him but they are first going to tst it on Han solo. they do, after leia professes her love for him, and then he is frozen, they set it for luke, and then as they are taking him to the ship and leia and chewie to another ship, but luke appears, is attacked, and then goes to the carbonite freezing room wheer he fights Darth Vader, then they fight in another room, then they fight on a long strip thing where luke gets his hand cut off, then finds out that darth vader is his father, then falls down a long tunnel thingy. while this is happening they cut to leia, R2D2, C3PO, chewie and lando escaping to the falcon and then getting away. after they escapt the go and rescue luke from the bottom of the tunne thing that fell into a tunnel that fell out into space, but he caight a weather vane thing. he was rescued, they gfo out, they get into hyper speed, and then luke gets a new hand while lando and chewie go out to find han solo.
this is, well, the best of all the star wars movies, and definatlewy ties with the alien saga for best sci fi. the acting is spectacular. it is as good as anyhting. some of the troopers suck ass, and are really dumb, and a few captians suck, but the acting is overall good, adn the best part is yoda. when they first meet him he is laughing and running and jumping and things like that like he has ADHD. the casting was spectacualr, but not rally needed since all but a few of the parts were casted from the first one. the graphics are bad for the most part, the models are easy to tell, as are the blue screens, but you see it is from like 1979, and the scenery that they made is very very very good. the costumes, sets, weapons, creatures, and things like that are even better. the audio is fabulous, and i have yet ot find a better sound track form a movie that i have seen. the plot is very good, but by making episode 1 and 2, they have made many problems like how R2D2 knew yoda in them, but in this one he did not, and then with returnnof the jedi in this one leia and luke make out, and then they turn out to be brother and sister. the movie i long, but because of the action it is very watch able.
