Difference

Time was particularly short on this one. Lots of Things Happening at the Student Press offices meant that nobody thought to contact me about the ‘toon until three days before deadline, which meant I had exactly two evenings to complete something, hence the minimalist approach seen here. But I was really pleased with how it came out, and again it was tremendously entertaining to draw, which I think shows particularly in the chap on the left. Wildly flailing legs = comedy. Just ask John Cleese.

On this occasion, I wasn’t illustrating a story but a full two-page feature, which examined the differences between Oxford University and Bournemouth University. The main finding was that students at Oxford do something called ‘Work’. Fancy.
