Basically, in Part One of this sequence Billy and the gang ride up to find Mr. Chisim. Billy pulls out a piece of paper and explains that Chisim owes them some money. Chisim tells Billy he ,"Can shove those figures up your arogant little ass and set fire to them..." and so on. Arkansas Dave, Doc, and Henery also speak to Chisim. At the end of this scene two guards have come out to stand beside Mr. Chisim. This is where Part Two takes off from and the action begins.
