The Elvish Linguistic Fellowship
Site devoted to Elven langauges, though this one deals more with Sindarin than Quenya. Among other things, has the detailed analysis of Elvish (and other languages) used in the LotR movies.
Encyclopedia of Arda
This encyclopedia consists of short articles, and has only material from LotR, Silm, Hobbit, and some Unfinished Tales, but it is one of the most complete as far as the sheer number of articles goes. The articles are mostly correct too.

The best Russian Tolkien site, with mass of links, and wide variety of information, useful and entertaining. Also has an extensive database of Russian-speaking Tolkien fans around the world.

One of the best internet libraries in Russian. If you are looking for a book, chances are you can find it there.

A site to make your own quizzes, very easy to use, though often slow. Has thousands upon thousands of quizzes to take, with new ones added daily.

A site that helps starving students (or future starving students) find scholarship money. Free and easy to use.
Cifirica
A site that allows to translit Latin characters into Cyrillic. One of the best I know.
Wheel of Time Encyclopedia
The best one I have found. Has a lot of information, with detailed citations. I love it.
