The Love story of Orihime and Kengyu:
Once  upon a time, there was the Milky Way.  The world was divided in two.  Humans lived on one side and the other's lived the Gods.  They never in thier lives met each other before.  In the human world there lived a guy names "Kengyu" who was a herdsman.  One day he and he's cow took a little walk the spring.  And there he saw the Orhimes sisters (meaning weaving princesses).  All three goddess was bathing at this moment.  Kengyu stop to gaze at them.  He was fascinated by the youngest sister.  Her name was Orihime and she was very beautiful.  The cow got a little curious and told Kengyu to hide the princess clothes.  So kengyu did what the cow said and grab her clothes from the tree and put it behind a rock.  Orihime came out of the spring but couldn't find her clothes.  She saw Kengyu and hide behind a rock.
" I'll give you back your clothes only for one favor"
" .....what is it?"
" I want you to be my wife"
" But I need my silk robe so I can return back to heaven"
" But I want to you be my wife"
" *sigh* I accept..."
A few years later they had the most beautiful children.  But this one goddess got jealous.  So she sent a man down from heaven to steal Orihime back.  Kengyu was so depressed that him and his children  walk all the way to the east side to the Milky Way.  The goddess was so mad that she moved the Milky Way so hight that they couldn't reach it.  Kengyu returned home crying again when the cow told him when he dies to make his skin into a jacket so he can climb to the Milky Way.  After those word the cow died.  Kengyu knew what to do so he made a jacket to climb to the Milky Way. The goddess was angerd again and this time she split the river in tow and made a big flood.  Kengyu and his children nearly drowned.  So they began to ladle.  The goddess pity them so she told them that they can see them but only once a year every July 7th.
Since then, every July 7th you can see the Milky Way with two stars beside each other. They were Orihime and Kengyu.  Ever since then, Japanese people told this Chinese love story for years.
