Dragons

Great winged creatures, also known as Wyrms or Worms, ( not to be mistaken for the worms that crawl in the ground, however if you want to really piss a dragon off, just call it a bat winged newt, or refer to it as your new boots), the dragons resembled overgrown reptiles. Dragons were also very intelligant, which made them even more dangerous. Though there were few dragons ever mentioned in Norse Mythology, one or two have been said to exist. Dragons are said to be very greedy creatures, that horde treasure and will die trying to protect it, though not many things can kill a creature the size of a dragon, so they had little to fear. A dragons most formidible weapon was its breath weapon, a gout of fire, hot enough to melt stone, that it could blow out of its mouth, and its wide variety of magic spells it could cast.
