Bifrost is the rainbow bridge that connects Midgard, ( the realm of humans), to Asgard, (the realm of the gods). The bridge was made by the Aesir out of the three elements; air, fire, and water, giving it its colors; red, green and blue, and is the only way in and out of Asgard. Heimdall is the guardian of the rainbow bridge.
