Asgard

One of the nine worlds of Norse mythos, and the home of the Aesir. It is on the highest of the three levels of the universe, and is surrounded by a wall to protect them from the giants. The wall was built by Blast, (actually the giant Hrimthurs in disguise), and his stallion, Svadilfari. In payment for building the wall, Blast asked for the sun and moon and Freyja's hand in marriage, if he could finish the wall within six months. Loki convinced Odin to agree to those terms. When it looked like Blast was going to complete the wall on time, Odin told Loki he would be punished for this since he convinced Odin to take up the deal. So Loki turned himself into a mare and ran off with Svadilfari. Without the help of his horse Blast couldnt finish the wall on time, and Loki returned with Svadilfari, and their new son Sliepnir, the eight legged stallion which he gave to Odin as a gift.
