Is it safe and secure to order merchandise online?
We are registered with PayPal.com, one of the largest payment processors in the world. PayPal.com uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology for security and privacy. It is safer to order merchandise online than it is to order by mail or telephone.

Do I need a PayPal.com account to place an order?
Yes. If you do not have a free PayPal.com account, you can establish one at checkout. Or you can open a free PayPal.com account by going to their web site. In either case, opening an account should not take more than five minutes. PayPal.com offers a safe and easy way to shop on the Internet.

How long does it take to receive merchandise?
You will receive your merchandise within a week from date shipped. Most packages will be sent "Parcel Post" which is the USPS regular ground service. However, some smaller packages, will be sent Priority Mail. Also, some packages may not cost $4.00 to ship (our lowest shipping flat fee). In that case, the package will be sent Priority Mail.

How will I know when merchandise has been sent?
We will email you the day we ship your package.

Is there a shipping and handling fee?
For all U. S. orders, we charge a flat fee of $4.00 for orders under $10.00. $10-49.99 in merchandise costs a flat fee of $5.00 to ship. All purchases over $50.00 will be cost $6.00 to ship. At this time we do not accept international orders.

What happens if the merchandise is lost or stolen?
We cannot replace lost or stolen merchandise once we ship it.
However, we do offer shipping insurance through the United Postal Sevice.

What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

How does your shopping cart work?
Our shopping cart is powered through PayPal.com. When you add an item to the shopping cart or view the contents of the shopping cart, a new browser window from PayPal.com will appear or maximize on your screen. This new browser window will be minimized when you choose to continue shopping.

Do you ship to addresses other than my address?
Many of our products make wonderful gifts for family and friends. When you check out, PayPal.com provides space for special instructions as to whom and to where you would like us to send your order.

All items are sold are for external use only. Not for internal use. Our products are sold without any warranty of any kind.
