Jujiro Matsuda

       Jujiro Matsuda was born in August 6, 1875 in Hiroshima, Japan and he died in March 1952 in Japan. Jujiro Matsuda, the outstanding Japanese manager and carmaker, was heralded as a great visionary who believed in himself, in his friends, and in heaven, achieving a truly global vision. As automobile manufacturing requires the ability to both design and engineer vehicles and engineer production systems, Matsuda’s genius was in being able to design both new products and the machinery and systems to efficiently manufacture those products. being technically more innovative and growth-oriented than the career-managers in the ex-zaibatsu companies, he entered into a new line of business and succeeded.
