Our bus "Buster" is a 1965 Chevrolet school bus (Carpenter). Buster was mostly converted when we got him. The previous owner worked at an rv shop so he salvaged rv parts to use in the conversion. He also welded the 2 vw buses on the roof back to back, the first one is a pop top and the other one has a deck built on it to hang out and enjoy the view. After we got the bus we fixing up the interior with some new paint, more cabinets, and tile countertops. We also welded in a bigger propane tank and replacing the engine. Moved to Idaho and started living in Buster in the Spring of 1998
We lived in the bus through the summer and into the winter until it got so cold we had to rent a house in town. A wood stove would have worked better than our old propane heater.
