Yes, I KNOW he's an old man. So what? He's cool and funny, too. A lot of fics I've read portray him as a perverted, incompetent old man. (of course it doesn't really help that i usually just read parodies so this is done to get a few laughs...) I simply couldn't agree less. Perverted he may be, but definately not incompetent. Hey, we're talking about the only guy who could stand up to the previous Okashira, who was so good he was nominated to be Okashira himself, who could single-handedly cultivate and maintain a pretty formidable information network. But the best proof of his abilities is the fact that he brought Misao up; anyone who could bring up a kid as hyper as that had to be pretty tough! *bwahahahaha*
