Please read this information before placing your order or placing your bid.

DCW cannot be held responsible for the loss of data due to hard drive or
other failures which may occur during the warranty period. If you are unsure
of the warranty on a specific item please ask before placing your order. Most
items we sell are guaranteed against DOA (Defective On Arrival). This warranty
period is 7 days from the date of your invoice which is included with all
shipments. Your invoice must be presented for any warranty work.
Shipping/handling fees are non refundable. There are NO exceptions.

Items Sold As-Is:

Items sold "as-is" are clearly labeled as such in the product description
and/or auction ad and/or detail line of your invoice. Items sold "as-is"
means that we do not give any guarantee and sell these items as-is where-is.
Many times we sell items which we have not tested or sorted. No
refunds/exchanges will be given on items sold as-is for ANY reason.
Under no circumstances we will we repair, exchange, or replace any items
which are sold as-is. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

All Sales Are Final:

Return orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee; items are guaranteed to
arrive in working condition unless specified or for items sold as-is.
If an item is found to be defective upon arrival DCW will replace, at
its option, with an identicle or suitable replacement of the same or
greater value. This guarantee does not cover misuse or mishandling of
equipment and does not cover physical damage.

Damaged Shipments/Returns:

In the unlikly event merchandise is damaged in shipment customer will be
responsible for notifing and filing any damaged shipping claims delivered
via UPS. DCW will be responsible for filing any damaged shipment
claims shipped via U.S. mail. All returned equipment must be assigned
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping. Any
package which arrives at our warehouse which does not have this number
clearly listed on the OUTSIDE of the package will be refused at the
senders expense. There are NO exceptions. All shipping charges back
to DCW will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipping charges
from DCW back to the purchaser will be the responsibility of DCW. Any
packages sent freight collect will be refused. Any items returned as
defective that are found to be non-defective will be returned at the
senders expense.
There are NO exceptions to this rule. Please be
sure your product is indeed defective before requesting an RMA or
returning products to DCW. DCW cannot be responsible for lost or
misdirected mail for any reason. We suggest insuring item(s) for the

Large Orders/Personal Inspection:

For large purchases (over $2,500) and auction items we strongly recommend
personal inspection of all merhandise before bidding and shipment.
This clears any confusion between buyer and seller. Many of the large
lots we sell are sold as-is and sometimes contain used merchandise.
Most all of our large truckload lots are sold as-is where-is. No
adjustments of any kind may be made after the truck leaves our dock
unless specific warranties are given in writing.

Auction Items:

All auction sales are final. DCW does not accept returns or exchanges
for items bought by auction for ANY reason. Please be sure
you know what you are buying and please be sure you are aware of how to
use or install these items before placing your bid. Inspection of all
auction items is strongly advised and invited BEFORE you place your bid.

Transit Times:

Unless otherwise noted all quoted shipping charges are for the 48 states
only. E-mail for rates outside of the 48 states. Please allow UP TO 2
weeks to receive your item if you send a money order. Please keep in
mind this does not mean it will take that long but it MIGHT. DCW
processes orders 5 days a week. In-house turnaround time depends
COMPLETLY on when we receive your payment. DCW does not accept
personal or business checks. Please do not use a check for payment as it
will be returned to you. DCW receives hundreds of orders per day. We
cannot give information on shipments unless they are excessivly
(over 4 weeks) overdue. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST that you be
notified when your payment arrives or status of an existing order unless
the order is excessivly (over 4 weeks) overdue. This will only slow the
time it requires to receive your item(s). We understand that you want
to receive your merchandise as quickly as possible. DCW strives to ship
orders as quickly as possible, however, we cannot control the U.S. mail
or UPS package systems. 99% of the mail we receive is processed
within 72 hours of receipt excluding holidays and weekends.

We may use first class or priority mail for shipments under two
pounds and UPS ground service for valuable items, hard drives
or sensitive electronics, or other items over 2 pounds. UPS
next day, 2 day, and 3 day air is available for an additional
cost should you need your item(s) very quickly. We do not ship
COD unless we have a valid credit card on file. We cannot predict
how long the U.S. mail system will take to deliver your mail to us
or how long UPS or the USPS systems will take to deliver your
package from us to you unless your package is shipped via air.
Personal checks are no longer accepted for mail order shipments
due to the amount of fraud. You are welcome to arrange your own
freight or pickup auction items directly from our warehouse,
however, $2.50 will be added to these items to help cover the cost
of listing fees and commissions to Ebay and Paypal. No handling
fee is added to items listed on our webpage and picked up directly
from our warehouse.

Any legal action taken necessary will be filed at the Clay County
Court House in the city of Brazil, Indiana.
