One Day
By Casey
One day they'll understand
How much their boasting
Crushes me
Everything that they possess
Fallacious smiles and stylish clothes
Adorning them
I listen to all their adventures
Through the wonders of the world
While I dream
They don't know how it feels
To be wrongfully branded
A snob
I'm living in the wrong world
With the richest of the rich
It's not me
Whenever I pass an old friend
They shrug me off, ignore me
I don’t belong
One day it will all be broken
The barrier between rich and poor
Why does it exist?
The upper class own everything
While the lower class battles to pay
It's not fair
