| Bristol Style With an iffy rendition of our national anthem We waited patiently for the drivers to fire 'em. The roar took over Happy Valley fast The thundering, for a few hours, would last. Small incidients were mostly the way The caution came out on this beautiful day. Bad luck for some, it even hit Kevin Just when it looked like it was his race to win. Sadler took the lead and never looked back A first win for the Wood brothers, at this small track. The last lap was full of action all over the place Tony and Jeff caught in their own little race. Jeff got the edge going into the corner But Tony came down on him, his great run was over. He spun all around and finished 25th It was obvious he was a little miffed. Driving back around with a full head of steam He charged into Jeff on pit road, causing a scene. A trip to the big hauler and fines pending But thanks to those guys, for quite an ending! |
