Aragorn fell in love with Eldorn's daughter, Arwen, but because she is immortal they can't be together. Aragorn, a.k.a. Strider is a member of the Fellowship of the Ring. |

Boromir is the Eldest son of Denethor, the current Steward of Gondor, who holds the high-seat of MinasTirith, the capital of Gondor. He travelled north to seek meaning of a dream he had. He also joined the Fellowship, but died while saving Frodo's life. |

Faramir is the second son of Denethor, Steward of Gondor, and the younger brother to Boromir. He is a captain to a band of Rangers who take Frodo and Sam captive as they journey through Ithilien. |

Once a geat warrior-king of the proud Rohirrim Theoden sits slumped on his throne. All of his family had died, exept for his sister's children Eowyn and Eomer. Saruman sent a spy called Grima Wormtongue to take over Theoden's kingdom, but before he could succeed Gandalf cures the king. |

Eomer son of Eomund, Third Marshal of the Riddermark, nephew to king Theoden is the captain of the Riders of Rohan. With his men he fights against his lord, who has been bewithed by Grima. |

Eowyn, Lady of Rohan, is the daughter of Eomund. Her uncle, king Theoden, raised her and her brother Eomer as his own. She falls in love with Aragorn, but his heart is allrady with Arwen. |
