I currently have a 20gallon long setup in my living room with an Aquaclear 200 power filter, an air pump with airstone for extra water surface movement, medium sized stone like gravel, 5 fake plants for hiding in and a plastic rock cave. The fish I currently have are: 5 gold white cloud minnows, 6 zebra danios, 1 honey gourami, 2 panda corydoras catfish, and 1 juli corydoras catfish. I plan to add 3 more panda or juli corydoras catfish as soon as my petstore has them for a total of 6. I am also planning to add another honey gourami as the other one I had died after 2 months. I do a 20% water change ONCE a week. I only change the carbon media ONCE a month. I have 2 sponges in the filter which I just rinse out ONCE a week & rotate them in the filter basket (one is on top of the carbon & one beneath it). I feed Tetramin regular flakes & color flakes as well as blood worms, tubifex worms, shrimp pellets, and romaine lettuce. I feed the flakes everyday & the other foods once a week for variety. My pH is 7.0, ammonia is 0, nitrate is usu. 0-10ppm, nitrate is 0ppm. I have had this tank setup for almost a year now. Below are some pics of the fish I currently have. |
