This is a mural done with acrylic paint on my old bedroom wall. This was completed in March 2003. It was one of my first major works. The mermaid was not ment to look totally realistic but convey the idea. This was a learning experience for me and helped me learn how to do more with shadowing and such for future paintings.
This painting is acrylic done on paper, and later tacked onto stryofoam board. To do this one I originally formed a large collage and then picked out a square I liked. Then I transformed the square into a rectangle, enlongating the image. I used this piece for a governors school audition.
This is an acrylic done on canvas. I came up with this grade spring of 8th grade and then declared it one of my masterpieces of that time. I love the idea of it, but the artwork itself could be better. I have a facination of the eye. Many pieces I do have strange or bright eyes in them.
