On the 3 April 1942 Major A C Crawford received the Efficiency Medal as per the London Gazette of the same date.
On the 24 June 1943 the Lonodn Gazette announced that Major A C Crawford had been Mentioned in Despatches:
'in recognition of gallant and distinguished services in Malta during the period 1 May 1942 to 22 October 1942'
