Arthritis
1.To relieve pain and help in the healing process, apply one of these to the sore area: lobelia extract, cayenne extract, or halibut oil.
Exercise moderately to ease stiffness.

2.Much of the pain of arthritis is caused by a lack of minerals in one's diet. Take bonemeal and dolomite supplements daily to get these minerals.The herb oatstraw will help the body use the minerals.

3.Alfalfa is very rich in minerals and vitamins. Drink alfalfa tea and take supplements.

4.Parsley is high in nutrients, and would be a wise addition to one's diet.

5.Be sure your daily vitamin supplement contains B-6, vitamin C, vitamin E, magnesium, and niacin. These will help prevent stiffness.

6.The herbs yucca and burdock will help reduce inflammation and swelling.

7.To ensure that you are getting plenty of the needed nutrients, add these foods to your diet: pecans, bananas, brewer's yeast, wheat germ, avocados, cherries, and green salads.

8.1 tsp cider vinegar with one tsp honey taken three times daily helps with arthritis. It dissolves the crystal deposits of uric acid that form between joints (and also in muscles as with muscular rheumatism). Also dissolves osteophytes (bony spurs) over long periods.

9.Acupressure has been found to be very helpful .
