Treatment protocol included reduction on a traction table under general anesthesia. If good reduction is obtained, a pre-assembled frame is applied to do ligamentotaxis. If reduction is incomplete or impossible, open reduction and fixation of the displaced fragments is done with half cutted olive wires and then the frame is applied to do ligamentotaxis.
